Registration fee

• Regular fee:
  • from November 25th to December 23rd: 200€
  • from December 24th to January 20th: 250€
• Reduced fee (for students and scholars coming from developing countries):
  • from November 25th to December 23rd: 100€
  • from December 24th to January 20th: 150€

All dates and times are intended Anywhere on Earth.

The registration fee includes: proceedings (electronic & ISBN), welcome cocktail January 28th at Pavia city hall, lunches, coffee breaks, walking tour of Pavia center, teach-in on January 27th.

Registration is confirmed only upon payment receipt.

Cancellation policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by email to marta.daffara@pragmacongressi.it before January 13, 2025.

There will be an administrative fee of 25 € deducted from each refund.

📩 Invitation letters for visa application

Participants who need a visa to enter Italy may request an invitation letter by completing the form available at this link: https://form.jotform.com/243261524683356.

It is the conference policy to only issue a letter of invitation to Speakers, Authors, Committee Members, and Attendees who have completed their registration and paid the conference fee.

Refunds will be issued for cancellations due to visa rejections, even after January 13th.
